Description: Our head brewer Sam Wilson created this beer in recognition of Bill Peck, who joined Rockdale Cider as a factory hand in the early 1950s. When Terry and Bev McCashin purchased the factory thirty years later, Bill was the factory manager. Bill was an integral part of a close knit teamat McCashin’s Brewery in the early years. Sam describes this beer as rich with woody malt flavour that’s both sweet and dry. Layered with hop flavours and aromas to complement the crispness of the malt, it rounds off to a very tasty lingering finish.
