This wheat based ale is a tart spin on Papago’s popular Orange Blossom, and was made with 5 pounds of Seville orange zest, Madagascar vanilla beans, and soured with lactobacillus and American ale yeast. Think tart orange creamsicle…mmm. (Fun fact: Orangedale was the originally proposed name for the town of Scottsdale.)
