Description: With an insane amount of citrus notes from its heavy hop additions to the boil and three days of consecutive dry-hopping after fermentation, this Double IPA does not have a silver lining or sugar coating. It's big and it's bitter. Citra, Amarillo and Meridian Hops in the boil contributed hints of citrus rind and tropical fruit. Dry-hopping with Simcoe, Falconer's Flight and Citra, each a day apart, allows each addition to really stand out. Special Techniques: Multiple Dry-Hop Malts: Premium 2-Row, Munich, Flaked Wheat, Crystal 20 Hops: Horizon, Citra, Amarillo, Falconer's Flight, Simcoe OG: 1.084 TG: 1.013 ABV: 9.16 IBU: 100+ SRM: 7
