Description: Up to no good? Yeah us either. It's time to have an appropriate style for such tomfooler. Here's a porter that is deceptively sweet with a great malt character from the Marris Otter and hop notes of an earthy, spicy quality from a last minute punch of Delta hops. We even had the audacity to substitute Midnight Wheat malt for the more commonly used Black malts. No sir, I'm in no mood for rules and guidelines. Defiance is in the air.
