Description: We've made another beer for the Wildlife Safari, to help them raise money to expand their elephant habitat! George the African Elephant sampled different malts and hops to help create the recipe. He showed a clear preference for 2-Row Pale Malt, as well as Rye and a light Crystal Malt. He didn't care much for hops, so the bitterness is minimal in this light-bodied Pale Ale. Thanks George!
