Description: This is a throwback reference, but perfect for this beer. Not only does this fictional cook have the best name for this beer, he represents it well. With a healthy hopping of flower and pellet hops, this beer resembles one of Hop Sing’s famous recipes. It probably wasn’t easy to cook for the Cartwright’s, much less for the food-friendly Hoss at the Ponderosa Ranch, but he did it with class and style, much like this huge and hoppy beverage. Using an old recipe, we made “Hop Sing’s Famous Hop Tea” from HBC 342 X pellets and added the tasty juice to each keg, making the hop character as strong as the most famous cook in the old west. Grab a growler and head to TV Land to catch the next Bonanza marathon.
