Description: This IPA is full throwback, using a hop that was most popular back in a foreign time called "the late 90's." The IPAs way back then were big on the malt body and focused mostly on piney flavors. Chinook Hops have morphed and now provide broad pine, citrus and grapefruit aromas. So this version of the style isn't exactly like drinking in a time machine...but it's close. Malts: Pilsner, Crystal 15 Hops: Chinook OG: 1.059 TG: 1.008 ABV: 6.50 IBU: 75 SRM: 4
