Description: The Concordia Brewers partnered with the McMenamins Coffee Roasters to create a truly unique coffee beer using Kivu Kavisa coffee beans from the Congo, aged for three months in a Billy Whiskey Barrel. We added these barrel-aged coffee beans to a light Cream Ale and charged it for the Nitro tap. A mellow malt flavor with a touch of hops are complemented by notes of coffee and Billy Whisky.
