Description: (Description from brewery website) Similar to Texas in size and population, but significantly more diverse, the island of Madagascar is the world leader in exporting vanilla beans. A few of those precious beans made their way to the Highland Brewery where they settled into a new life: flavoting this delicious Cream Ale! Restrained hops lend a balance to the delicate vanilla flavor and soft malt presence. Light-bodied and silky-smooth, a touch of Lactose, or milk sugar, was added to enhance the creamy mouthfeel and provide a hint of back-end sweetness.
