Description: Let's get a little weird, shall we? A concept called a "Milkshake IPA" is floating around the brewing industry. This is a smooth IPA with a nice hoppy aroma and mild bitterness. This beer's then infused with lactose sugar for a light sweetness to complement the fruity hops, and sweet lemon peel to add some citrus notes. To top it all off, we threw in some boysenberry to provide an over-the-top fruit character. Finally, it's on nitrogen to increase the smooth drinkability of this interesting brew.
