Description: Sleeping Billy is a barrel-aged version of our popular seasonal Sleepy Hollow Nut Brown. Aged in one of CPR's Billy Whiskey barrels, it has a chestnut color and medium body that will awaken your senses with it's delicate barrel character, co-mingling with a hint of toffee on the palate. Well-balanced with Chinook and US Golding Hops, all of the flavors have an equal part in the overall experience. This beer was aged with purpose in mind and is one of our tribute beers to this year's Annual Samuel Smith Salute, where brewers and breweries pay homage to the great brewery in Yorkshire, many of whom "cut their teeth" on the fine ales of Tadcaster.
