Description: We've all been there; Sometimes it's just too much to get out of bed. That's where our friend, the snooze button, comes in. The little guy politely reminds us that "It's been five minutes. Wake up!" So, in honor of that tiny bit of extra sleep, we decided to make a little Coffee Kölsch. It has a light malt bill of 2-Row, Pilsen and Crystal with just a touch of floral Brewers Gold and Sterling Hops. Finally, we added seven pounds of whole bean McMenamins Black Rabbit Roast coffee to give our little Kölsch a nice kick. So let's cheers to starting the week after those extra five minutes of sleep.
