Let's make things a little strange Built off of the mid-western "Simple Things" malt bill of 2-Row, Vienna and White Wheat, we decided to use the more interesting hop varieties. Grapefruity Cascade and Centennial Hops provide a flavorful bitterness while Meridian and the experimental Loral Hops, or HBC 241, give this beer rich melon, berry and citrus flavors and aromas.
