Description: An all-star combo of four malts and three hops elevates this simple, clean, mildly hoppy American Pale. We add hops prior to the boil for a softer bitterness and unique smoothness that is more pleasing to the palette. Despite a higher IBU than its IPA cousin Frangipana, Giraffe Dance has a lower bitterness from techniques that subdue the bitterness without affecting the hops flavor. Named for our friend Fritz who stands a lanky 6’8” tall and performs a signature jig upon getting a birdie in golf.
