Description: Collaboration with Oliver's Cider and Perry. Foxbic was made using the turbid mash method in the style of traditional Lambic producers. The wort was fermented with Foxwhelp apple juice by cider lees in old oak barrels for eight months. The resulting blend was then bottle conditioned and aged for a further eight months prior to release, making this a true blend of traditional brewing and cider making techniques.
