Description: On 10th March 2018 we produced a bitter wort using barley, oat and rye malts similar to traditional saison brewing. This was fermented for eighteen months in five oak cider casks from Tom Oliver. Four of these casks worked particularly well together; they were blended and dry-hopped with Tettnanger, Styrian Dragon and Ekuanot.
