Description: A Belgian IPA playing on the spice of the Belgian Ale yeast and natural sweetness of the Gewürztraminer grapes. Locally harvested (2016 Vintage) Gewürztraminer grape juice has been added in the fermentation process. The addition of USA hops, Simcoe, Amarillo and a touch of Citra, accentuate the spice characters of this grape infused brew. The result is a spicy IPA, with hints of lychee and rose aromas, giving a warming finish.
