Description: This inordinately refreshing farmhouse ale was born of a blend of Admiral malts from California, Mecca Grade white wheat malt from Oregon, and a touch of oats & rye. We then hopped it in the whirlpool with Cascade & Oregon Horizon before fermentation & extended conditioning on a mix of Brett & saison yeasts. Finally, we did one final dry-hop with de-bittered Mosaic & Loral hops, yielding a finished beer that’s dry and mildly tart, with a complex floral bouquet and notes of honeysuckle and melon.
