Description: A slightly hoppier saison brewed with French tradition in mind. We used Barley, Wheat, Rye, Spelt, Black pepper, Coriander and a region-specific yeast strain in the brew to capture the flavours of the days of olde. Hopped with Motueka, Wakatu and Simcoe. Very session able, bit dry and a lingering head that refuses to quit, perfect thirst quencher.
