Description: We always trying to improve our IPA game. That means we have to brew lots of them, drink lots of them but also investigate what's new. We've been able to use Galaxy, Nelson Sauvin, Motueka, Eclipse and Triumph hops. Then we came across Strata and it got us excited. Not all hops come the same, it took us two years to find the right supplier and when we finally did, we could only introduce in our X7 series. Welcome Strata X7hops.
