Description: Jungle Bird is a local tiki bar and does a phenomenal job at developing their drink menu. One particular drink, in our opinion, stands out from the rest and that is their Macadamia Nut Chi Chi. Hoping to simulate the exact flavor we brewed an Imperial Sour Blonde and treated it with Pineapple, Coconut, and Macadamia Nuts. The result is a tropical getaway in a glass.
