Description: Singularity: OF09 is an Imperial Stout aged for 25 months in a Bourbon barrel before being bottled for you all to enjoy. The original barrel contents eventually became an Old Forester Single Barrel Bourbon whiskey, bottled exclusively for a highly popular liquor store in Corona, California. The owner, Jazz, graciously donated the barrel to us to be filled with our barrel aging base stout and set aside until the beer exhibited tasting notes worthy of the Singularity Series. There will be only 192 bottles.
