Description: Our Singularity Series is an example of what a barrel can do to a beer over an extended period of time. There are no treatments or adjuncts, just an expression of the single barrel and base beer. Singularity: Weller12 is a result of our Brewers tasting through barrels and making the decision that this particular barrel needed to be served by itself, untreated and shared with as many people as possible. This beer will be released as part of a VERY limited bottle release to our local customers and attendees of a beer dinner at O'Brien's Pub in San Diego.
