Description: It seems like the only holiday we make beers for is Valentine's Day. This year we decided to dig into our nationally award winning barrel aging program and pull out some Imperial Stout that would work nicely with strawberries, Madagascar vanilla, and Guatemalan cacao nibs. Strawberry Sweetheart was aged in a combination of Barton 1792 Bourbon and Weller Wheated Bourbon barrels for 21.5 months. This beer is sweet, intense, and is dominated by the flavor and aromas of real strawberries.
