Description: Holy crap this beer was hard to produce. We took our normal Sour Blonde base and amplified it to 9.5% ABV. On top of that we used triple the amount of fruit that we normal use. Super Smooch is an intense Imperial Sour Blonde with Raspberries and Mexican Vanilla Beans. Apparently triple the fruit means 10x the difficulty of trying to clarify the beer to make it presentable.
