Description: Made from Gold Rush apples and aged for four months in ex-bourbon barrels which had their second life at Fair Game Distilling maturing rum. During the last month of barrel aging, fresh wild cherries foraged from Bent Apple Farm were added. This is a semi dry wine with pale rose color. It has distinct notes of bourbon and rum as well as a cherry-pit finish. Made in very limited quantities.
