Description: A New York-i Other Half Brewing Company All Together nevű nemzetközi kollaborációjának keretében főztük ezt a hazy IPA-t. Nem tértünk el túlságosan az általuk megadott alaprecepttől, így a végeredmény egy, a tengerentúli aromakomlók (többek közt Columbus, Azacca, Sabro) jellegzetesen trópusi gyümölcsös íz- és illatjegyeiben bővelkedő, krémes kortyérzetű és könnyen csúszó India Pale Ale lett, visszafogott komlókeserűséggel. Az eladásából befolyó összegből mi öt hazai kisüzemi sörbárt támogatunk: a budapesti Csakajósört, KEG Sörművházat és Bölcső Bar & Foodot, a kecskeméti Szakkör Craft Beer Pubot, valamint a szegedi Maláta kézműves sör- és grill kertet. - - Our contribution to the worldwide, open-ended beer collaboration by Other Half Brewing Company. This open-source recipe has been brewed by over 700 breweries in over 50 countries to help show support for the industry we love so much. It’s an effort to raise awareness and provide relief, even in the smallest ways, to those who are struggling. In an attempt to create a faithful representation of the beer, our version closely follows Other Half’s recipe with only a few minor changes. Juicy and tropical American hop flavors with a touch of classic Columbus pine for balance. A portion of the proceeds of our version go to five Hungarian craft beer pubs that we think had a fundamental role in the development of the local scene: Csakajósör, KEG Sörművház, Bölcső Bar & Food, Szakkör Craft Beer Pub and Maláta Craft Beer Bar.
