Description: Josiah's wedding beer! Very few kegs were made. We took Katchiri's Bier, a strong Belgain farmhouse ale brewed with American hops and aged them in French Chardonnay barrels for several months. Brilliantly citrus nose leads to similar flavors of pear, apricot, and candied orange flavors married into a slight oaky and spicy finish. If you have had this beer, consider yourself fortunate indeed, as very little of this was made available to the public.
