Description: The closest thing German brewers do to a cask conditioned beer. Kellerbier is typically uber fresh, can have a noticeable yeast presence, slightly under carbonated and may be just a touch sweet. Our Rumspringa kellerbier was brewed with wort from our Towhead which was used to propagate our Oktoberfest yeast. We cold conditioned and dry hopped this lager, then kegged it up straight from our aging cellar. The result is a crisp slightly sweet and fruity lager. Noble hop aroma and flavor are moderate and bitterness and body are mild.
