Description: SINGLE KEG - Goat Bar - tapped 2 June 2017. This brew was designed from a newly created hop blend by Bintani. This beer showcases the citrus and floral aromas of five American hops blended and named Fortnight. Because winter has just started, we decided to showcase them in a black IPA. Malts: Malts - American Ale, Munich, Pale Crystal, Carafa Special 2, Flaked Barley. Hops - Simcoe for bittering and then Fortnight for aroma and dry hopping.
