Description: Our brewer Naz has just made a special beer and we’ve put it in a bottle. When one of our own comes up with a compelling beer idea we release it as an In Breed in 640ml longnecks. In the style of a Scotch Ale, it’s malt driven, deep copper in colour with a distinct nuttiness on the finish. Look for dark toffee and earthy spice flavours. Beer for the brave and the brave at heart. Available in specialty beer stores around the country for as long as it lasts (not that long). Appearance: Amber, almost red. Aroma: Malty! Biscuity, nutty and subtly sweet. Flavour: Soft malty touches throughout. Complex, but finishes with a clean nuttiness. Malts: Gladfield: Ale, Aurora, crystal (2 kinds), Gladiator and Joe White Roast Barley. Hops: US Willamette & UK Fuggles
