Description: Brewing calls for some early mornings, and the occasional late night, so it’s extremely helpful to have a boutique coffee roaster only a few steps away. It was really only a matter of time before we teamed up with Maker Fine Coffee and combined some of their excellent brew with one of our own. With collaborations, we say “the more the merrier” so we called our mates at Mörk Chocolate and they brought some delicious cacao nibs. APPEARANCE: Light copper with a thick creamy head. Some haze from cocoa addition. AROMA: Assertive cocoa and coffee aroma, backed up by pine hop notes. FLAVOUR: Assertive mocha hit on the front palate. Hop character comes to the fore as it warms on the tongue. Finishes dry. MALTS: Ale, Vienna, Flaked Barley, Crystal.
