Final Gravity Taproom joined us over one year ago to brew our Final Gravity Saison and provided us with wine barrels to age this delicious brew in for a whole year. Additions of lactobacillus, brettanomyces, and heaps of Chardonnay grapes, result in a tart and complex wild ale with notes of Chardonnay, oak, fruit, and spice.
