Description: It's un-Australian to drink anything but great Aussie beer on Australia Day – so we decided to create something special. Our first ever Australian IPA – aptly named LAMB-Borghini Australian IPA. Brewed at Bobs Farm and 100% hopped with Australian hops, and virtually all of the malt is Australian too. Straw to light golden colour, with a sweet biscuit malt base and of course a good dosing of Australia's finest aromatic hops. The combined use of Helga, Ella and Enigma late in the whirlpool and a massive dry hopping addition gives an enticing aroma and flavour of tropical fruit, spice, herbs and red berry. Bitter, sweet, well balanced and, of course, all Australian! Tastes great with (you guessed it) – lamb!
