Description: This fine brown ale was aged in oak - the same barrels that we aged <a href="http://www.mysterybrewing.com/our-beer/?recipeid=16">Batch #1</a> in - with Brettanomyces Bruxellensis for 18 months before being bottled. The result is a soft round brett beer with acidic notes, light notes of cola, toffee, wood and the gentle vanilla butteriness of oak, as well as a lingering wisp of chocolate finish.
