Description: Moon Dust is the next level up from our Moon Rocks beer. We took the base of our Moon Rocks imperial stout and aged it in Buffalo Trace bourbon barrels until it took on that incredible woody flavour that makes this style sos enjoyable. We then added vast amounts of vanilla and coffee provided by Stewarts of Trent Bridge. We decided to do this post barrel to ensure that these flavours are as fresh and bold as possible.
