Description: Our signature IPA. We’re proud to call it an East Coast style IPA, which means that while it retains an aggressive American hop profile, we also use Maris Otter and the finest Pilsner and Munich malt for structure. We highlight a new hop variety, Equinox, by adding large amounts late in the boil and by using it for dry- hopping. There are bold flavors of lime, papaya, and pungent herbs.
