Description: One of our winter seasonals, this saison style beer is brewed with juniper berries and fresh spruce tips. Spruce tips were added at multiple points throughout the brewing process to yield a strong fresh piney flavor. Crisp malt character with notes of bread, toast, nuts, and grain like spice. In addition to resinous and spice notes, yeast derived esters contribute a citrus orange and light pepperiness. Medium-light body with a very dry finish and effervescent like carbonation.
