Description: We took a unique approach to our next variation in our rotational saison series. We added nearly 30% blend of rye and crystal rye malts plus some dark crystal malt to provide for a rich spicy and fruity beer. To kick it up a notch we added a healthy dose of Galaxy and Jarrylo hops at the end of the boil to add a a medium fruity and pear-like flavor on top of a big juicy orange sweetness that comes from our saison yeast. It finishes with a peppery and dry with a moderate bitterness. It also boasts a subtle warming of alcohol.
