Description: When our friends from Stone Brewing Co. San Diego came visit, of course we had to brew together! With the pioneers of the West Coast IPA style, we thought we’d brew our favourite Supersonic but ramp it up with US hops used by Stone in one of their latest IPA’s Loral and Dr Rudi’s Inevitable Adventure, to create a delicious new version of Supersonic. For this edition we’ve added Loral and Citra, Plus a good dose of Aussie hops, plus our signature Finger Lime. The hops combine to give citrus fruit aromas, and juicy pallet, well supported with the malty backbone combining to make this a hoppy but balanced and juicy West Coast style DIPA.
