Description: Caribbean cocktail style sour. Inspired by big tropical fruit cocktails and carrying a distinct green tinge and silky sweetness from the use of spirulina in FV, we also packed the fermenter with pink guava, passion fruit and white grape for a ranging palate of flavours before dry hopping with the unique Sabro variety and moving the beer onto flaked coconut for 3 weeks of conditioning. Best served with a cocktail umbrella.
