Description: Peanut Butter and Jelly Brown Ale. It was an idea that had been floating around the brew house for a while and we couldn't resist the urge to brew it with our visiting Americans. After a heated debate over what flavour the jelly is actually meant to be (Grape?Really?) we settled on an infusion of raspberries and strawberries. We put together a complex malt bill, layering in as much toasted and toffee character as we could and plenty of oats for mouthfeel, added some spicy, dark fruit character with US Bravo hops and set about building up that classic peanut butter flavour.
