Description: For our fourth release of this series exploring Saison and it's variations, we teamed up with Andreas Pedersen. Andreas was keen to work on a Farmhouse ale with us, having enjoyed some of the previous beers in this series. We started by putting together a classic grist of Pilsner malt supported by wheat and some oats and rye. Our yeast of choice was, again, the beautiful Dupont-derived strain, WLP565. Finally, we took our mutual favourite hop variety, Nelson Sauvin, for it's gooseberry, light citrus and grape character that works so naturally with the farmhouse style and complements the peppery esters of the Saison yeast.
