Description: Generally speaking, we make balanced, session beers. Most of them are British styles but even the American styles we make we try to keep balanced and under 5% ABV. But after the seven millionth time of being asked "What's your hoppiest beer?" one of our founders snapped. You want an IPA? Here's your fraking IPA is a double IPA coming in at 8.1% ABV and a tongue scorching 100 IBUs. Passive-aggressively hopped with Summit, Simcoe, Chinook, and Citra to give it a dank aroma of citrus and pineapple with the taste of a christmas tree adorned with grapefruit. Maybe the smell of cat piss and onion too, who knows with this much hops. Slight biscuit malt flavor from the Pearl malt. But let's be real, no drinking this beer cares about the malt.
