Description: Brewed in collaboration with Pride WA and Sparkke Change around the idea of a classic Belgian Witbier but we have decided to forget about brewing it to style, labels or tradition. This beer is new world, new order and unleashed, celebrating freedom, equality, diversity, and exploration. With the addition of native Australian fruit, the beer takes on a colour all of its own, with crisp dense head that follows the beer all day long. Packed with floral esters, Freedom drinks dry with a gentle bitterness from the addition of Australian hops, then grows exponentially in character from the native spices and fruits, truly releasing the flavours to be free from the restrictions and tradition.
