Description: Single Batch Series release 4/22/2014 Description: Light. Smoky. Unique. Smokin’ Hell is a true German lager, inspired by the smoked beers of Bamberg. Helles means light (colored). It is golden in color, light in body, and has a tiny hint of smoke in the nose from 18% smoked malt. Baked bread and toasty flavors follow through the middle and a faint smoked note lingers in the finish. Refreshingly drinkable and complex all in one glass. Beer Name Explanation: “Hell” means light in German and we used 18% smoked malt. It’s smoky and light. Viola!
