Description: This is a blended beer. A Berliner weisse, fermented with Brett Clausenii was held for 10 months in wine barrels and blended with a wine barrel aged golden ale with lactobacillus and Brettanomyces. Cranberry puree (1 lb per gallon) and dried ginger were added for one month. Dry and tart with a fruity balance.
