Description: The progenitor of the genus ????????. The apexiest predator. The ghost ??? the darkness. Big Cat. Big Cat is a 9% double IPA made in collaboration with our pals at The Veil. We conjure this fulsome feline with a ton of Golden Promise pale malt, plus both flaked and malted oats. We feed it Citra during the whirlpool, then Galaxy, Freestyle Nelson Sauvin, and even more Citra in the dry-hop. This Pacific Northwest + Southern Hemisphere combo brings massive notes of tropical fruit, crushed white grape, melon, and orange citrus. Don’t try to run in a zig-zag if you encounter a Big Cat. Just accept your fate.
