Description: Sunnyside Dweller is the closest thing we have to a core beer. Introduced in the fall of 2015, it was our inaugural lager. All these years later, it remains our go-to — a crisp, clean, 5.1% pilsner with a citrusy noble hop character and an assertive bitterness that mellows over time. Brewed with unadulterated Loudoun County water and a simple grist — Pilsen malt with just a touch of Vienna and Carapils — Sunnyside Dweller is constructed to exhibit one of our favorite hops: Spalter Select. We add this newish-school German varietal in the boil and then again after fermentation, imbuing our unfiltered pilsner with a bursting bouquet of lemon and classic herbal notes.
