Description: Boulder Brett is an IPA fermented 100% with a six-strain-blend of Brettanomyces. The Brett creates intense notes of candied-pineapple, strawberry, and kaffir lime along with moderate barnyard funk. Massive late-kettle hopping and dry hopping with German Hüll Mellon and Simcoe add notes of honeydew, passion fruit, and pine. For our second batch, the grainbill has been rebooted to boast a fluffy mouthfeel with wheat, oats, and English barley.
